Enjoy a free outdoor session focused on movement, mindfulness, and community care. This is the ultimate after-work decompression, designed to recharge both your body and mind as the city transitions into the evening.

  • REGISTER HERE (Walk-ins are always welcome, but signing up in advance helps us plan!)

  • Note: All participants are required to complete a waiver. You can fill one out onsite or download it here to sign in advance.

June 3 & 10 - Primal Flo with Jay
Primal Flo is a ground-based movement class that blends animal flow patterns, mobility, and breathwork. Restorative by design, you'll move through sequences that challenge your body in ways most traditional training doesn't. You'll work up a sweat while building the kind of functional mobility that keeps you moving well long-term. No equipment and low impact.

June 24 - Engine (HIIT) with Kalle
Engine is a high-intensity, bodyweight class designed to build real endurance and functional strength. Expect fast-paced circuits that spike your heart rate and test your output, all without a single piece of equipment. It's a straightforward workout with a simple goal: come in, put the work in, and leave better than you arrived.

Fitness mats provided by lululemon are available to use while onsite.
