Get ready for surprises, music, and movement with POP! by Gentilhomme, an interactive installation where five playful characters: Popo, Popup, Poplu, Popette, and Popotin are waiting to burst free from mysterious monoliths.

Call out to them, talk, and maybe even sing to help them spring to life! This joyful, collective experience invites visitors of all ages to celebrate, laugh, and dance together.

POP! by Gentilhomme is part of Downtown Yonge BIA’s ILLUMINITE, the annual winter celebration of light, art, and public space. Now in its third year, ILLUMINITE explores the theme of PLAY through immersive light installations across five Downtown Yonge locations, including Sankofa Square.

Whether you’re visiting after dark or passing through, come pause, play, and light up the city.
